Banana/Mango smoothie topped with raw muesli, seeds and squished berries. A healthy and satisfying start to the day.
Serves one.
Smoothie
Blend these ingredients in a blender until smooth:
1/2 mango
1/2-1 cup fresh pineapple
1 frozen banana cut into chunks
3/4 cup non-dairy milk (I used rice milk)
1/4 cup water
Pour into a bowl.
...then layer the following onto the smoothie:
1/4 c Raw / bircher muesli
1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds
1 tablespoon sunflower seeds
1 tablespoon chia seeds
2 tablespoons squished berries

Bend these ingredients until smooth:
1 cup frozen berries
1 - 2 tablespoons of maple syrup or agave (depending on how sweet you like it
