Your breakfast doesn't have to look the same every day. I find using a base of smoothie with just a little bit of home made toasted muesli or soaked oats with chia seeds easier to digest than a bowl full of muesli on its own. You shouldn't come away from breakfast feeling like you just ate a small unicorn, you should feel refreshed and energized.
