These little cinnamon cups of berry delight are a yummy treat that's actually really good for you. Very easy to make too. Just blend and refrigerate :D

- 1/2 c Dates
- 1/2 c Almond Meal
- 2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp Nutmeg
- 1 tbls Water
- Pinch of Celtic Salt
Blueberry filling:
- 1/2 c Blueberries or any other fruit
- 1/2 tsp Lemon Juice
- 1 tbls coconut oil
- 1 tsp Agave Nectar
