Forget that Captain Crunch crap. Leave that stuff on the shelf. Feed this to your kids instead. A wholesome, sugar free, crunchy start to the day. Can also be made gluten free.

Directions
Heat oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl. Mix wet ingredients in a smaller bowl and whisk in the all spice + cinnamon. Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and mix until all the dry ingredients are well coated. Scoop onto a baking sheet and spread evenly on the tray. Bake for around 10 minutes. Take out of the oven and stir the mixture. Bake for another 10 minutes. Keep an eye on it so it doesn't burn. You want the mixture to just be dry in the end, not burnt.
Let cool and serve with fruit and non-dairy milk. Store in an airtight container.

- 3 cups of flakes (could be rolled oats, rolled rye or for gluten free try rolled buckwheat or rolled quinoa)
- 1 cup coconut flakes
- 1/4 cup flax seeds
- 1/4 cup poppy seeds
- 1/4 cup peanuts
- 1/2 cup cashew pieces
- 1/4 cup sesame seeds
- 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1 cup buckwheat groats
- 1 cup quinoa, uncooked
- 1/4 saltanas
- 1/2 cup other dried fruits, diced, (make sure they have no sugar, flavours or colours added)
- Anything else you feel like adding to the mix :)

- 1 heaped teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 heaped teaspoon all spice
