Kale Chips and sundried tomato pesto. Kale chips are in season - yay!...just cover them with olive oil, seasoning and almond meal and bake on a low temp. Pesto is easy...soak sundried tomatoes to rehydrate, then blend with olive oil, pinenuts, garlic and whatever else.
