A delicious raw dessert made with goodness of avocados. The bottom layer is divinely chocolate and the green layer is made with fresh limes. This is a dessert you don't have to feel guilty about! It would also be scrumptious served with some fresh berries.
Serves 4
Chocolate layer
Blend in a food processor until completely smooth. Divide evenly into 4 glasses.
Lime layer
Blend in a food processor until completely smooth. Divide evenly onto the chocolate layer.
Refrigerate for an hour at least.
Serve with fresh berries or shaved organic coconut chips.
Chocolate layer
- 2 large ripe avocados
- a pinch of Himalayan sea salt
- 2 Tbsp Unsweetened Almond Milk (or any non-dairy milk)
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 3 tbsp coconut oil
- 1/4 cup raw cocao powder (I also added 1/2 tsp each of maca and lucuma powder for extra superfood-ness)

- 2 large rip avocados
- a pinch of Himalayan sea salt
- grated rind of 1 or 2 limes (depending on how much lime flavour you want)
- 3 Tbsp lime juice
- 1 tsp organic vanilla extract
- 3 tbsp maple syrup
- 3 tbsp coconut oil
Blend in a food processor until completely smooth. Divide evenly onto the chocolate layer.
Refrigerate for an hour at least.
Serve with fresh berries or shaved organic coconut chips.
