Shred cabbage. Place in large bowl. Boil edamame until just tender. Toss together with shredded cabbage. Blend remaining ingredients with food processor to make dressing. Toss together with cabbage and edamame. Serve immediately.

- 1 tsp fresh grated ginger
- 2 tbsp Mirin
- 2 tbs Rice Vinegar
- 4 tbsp Coconut milk
- 2 tbsp Agave nectar (or other sweetner)
