Vegan Iced Chai

A nice way to cool down on a hot Summer day.

First start by making some chai ice cubes by making a cold chai tea using 1 chai tea bag and a cup of cold water. Pour into ice cube trays and freeze over night.

Chai Iced Tea
  • 2 chai teabags
  • 500ml water 
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup coconut cream
  • 1/4 non-dairy milk
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger
  • About 6 chai tea icecubes

Directions 
Place the 2 chai tea bags and water into a large jar or bowl and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Once brewed and chilled, place this in the blender with the rest of the ingredients. Blend until the iced has been crunched up into small pieces.

Pour over more chai ice cubes in a long glass.
