Raw, tick! Delicious, tick! Decadent, tick! Easy to make - TICK! :D
BASE:
Line a 20 cm square baking dish with baking paper. Place all of the ingredients into a food processor. Whiz them up for a few minutes then press the mixture evenly into the baking dish. Place in the freezer while you make the top layer.
TOPPING:
In the food processor, place the dates, maple syrup and coconut oil. Blend until silky smooth. Add the cacao and blend until thoroughly combined - no lumpy bits. Then add the nuts, peanut butter and salt. Blend until the nuts have been chopped up just how you would like it. I wanted chunky nuts so I didn't blend the mixture for more than 30 seconds or so.
Remove the base from the freezer and pour topping over it. Spread it around so it's nice and even then sprinkle chopped nuts of coconut on top. Place back into the freezer for around 10-15 minutes.
Remove from freezer and slice into squares. YUMMMMM :)
