YUM..and filling. Just cook up some buckwheat, fry or bake some tempeh in soysauce then mix it all together with any other raw garden veggies you have in the fridge. For the dressing, just mix together some olive oil, tamari, lemon juice with a bit of rocksalt and cracked pepper.
